What counts as a framework?
An active framework is a standard in your workspace, such as ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC Level 2 or FAIM 3.4. The Free plan includes one active framework. Pro and Enterprise can enable as many as you carry.
Is there a trial?
Yes, Pro includes a 14-day free trial. You can start on the Free plan and upgrade when you are ready, without losing the controls or evidence you have already added.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your data stays in place.
What happens to my evidence if I cancel?
Your workspace remains available until the end of the paid period. Before it closes, you can export the reports and evidence you need. You can contact us if you need help with a data export.
Do you support FAIM and Lex+?
Yes, FAIM 3.4 is a first-class framework in Lex. Lex+ adds the network view for FIDI auditors and affiliates: affiliate registry, financial assessments, ISO 9001 approvals, audit calendar and missing documents. Lex+ is scoped separately, so talk to us if you need it.
How does billing work?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can update your card or cancel from Billing in the workspace.
